Dear Boys & Girls,

     Welcome to first grade!  I hope you are as excited as I am about working together this year!  There are so many things we have to look forward to!  We will be learning about our community, being a good citizen, reading and writing many different types of stories, learning about our world and exploring plants and animals! 

     I hope you all had a wonderful summer vacation! I can't wait to hear all about it!  Over the summer, I spent a lot of time with my family going to the beach, visiting friends, & traveling.  We had lots of fun!  I have a 14 year old son named Ryan, a 12 year old son named Anthony, & a 10 year old daughter named Gianna.  The boys play lots of sports like lacrosse, football, soccer, hockey and basketball and Gianna plays soccer, dances, and is a Girl Scout!

     I am looking forward to working with you & your families this year.  Together, we are going to have an exciting and enriching school year!
